OTR tyre service can be carried out safer and faster in any field or terrain. The Easy Gripper grips and holds large tyres, even under narrow mudguards. It manipulates the tyres as needed – tilt from lying to upright, moving up and down and rotates for precise placement. And the integrated camera system gives the tyre fitter optimal view for hub and bolt alignment, as well as it adds visibility and safety while maneuvering the tyre.

The Easy Gripper can be delivered with an optional flat top gripping pipe that solves the issue with limited tyre clearance between tyre and fender. With the unique 3-point grip the 2 bottom pipes hold the tyre below the fender, and simply by loosening a bolt, you can quickly replace the upper gripping pipe with a flat one, which can get in anywhere.

Special and unique ring handling tools are another exclusive feature that is only available with an Easy Gripper. The ring handling tools are mounted on the end of the gripper pipes, and enables the tyre fitter to handle Locking Rings, O-Rings, Side Rings and Bead Seat Bands in a safe and secure manner. The tools grip, hold, press, or place the tyre, rim and rings as needed - a major improvement of safety and efficiency!

The RIM Handling tools are yet a safety and efficiency add-on to the Easy Gripper program and improve the handling of OTR rims. Special offshore rubber with extreme friction capabilities is used to secure a very firm and safe grip even under the most challenging conditions with wet and slippery surfaces without scratching the painting.
