Easy and ergonomic handling of truck wheel assemblies

The Easy Truck Trolley is designed to improve the ergonomic working environment by reducing the manual and stressful operations of heavy lifting, pulling and pushing during mounting and dismounting of wheel assemblies on trucks, trailers and buses. The Easy Truck Trolley is developed in cooperation with REMA TIP TOP DANMARK A/S and manufactured under our control and quality standards in India.

Capability

With a gripping range of 800 – 1250 mm (31 – 49”) and a lifting capacity of 130 kg (286 lbs), the Easy Truck Trolley can handle most tyre and wheel assemblies for trucks, trailers and buses.

Tyre handling made safe and easy

The wheel is “locked” with a secure grip using the built-in foot pedal, after which the wheel is easily lifted using a dedicated handle and foot pedal.

Four smooth-running wheels make it easy to push the Easy Truck Trolley around the workshop, and the transport handles make it easy to tilt the wheel forward and backward for precise positioning below fenders.

When mounting, the built-in rollers make it easy to adjust/rotate and align the wheel precisely with the wheel hub’s threaded bolts.
