Capability

With a gripping range from 480 – 1.690 mm (18.9 – 66.5”) and a lifting capacity of 600 kg (1.320 lbs) at a CoG of 230 mm (9.1”) the Easy gripper 1700 is developed to handle small and heavy OTR and AGRO tyre and wheel assemblies for the Aviation / Military / Mining / Ports / Industrial / OEM industry.

For Forklifts and Electrical Stackers

The Easy Gripper 1700 with the 90° tilt module is ideal for use on relatively small forklifts. Mounted on an electrical “walkie stacker” the Easy Gripper 1700 is ideal for operating at assembly lines or in workshops with limited space.

Optional accessories

Easy shift of gripping pipes for various purposes
Choose between gripping pipes with “Friction Rings” for a firm and secure grip or “Rubber Coated” ones for a more gentle but still secure grip.
Flat top arm for limited tyre clearance.
Quick Shift Module
To get a versatile use of the carrier a Quick Shift Module can be included as part of the Easy Gripper 1700.
It is mounted on the carrier, and the Easy Gripper is then hooked on to this module. Makes hook on/off easy.
Hydraulic Multi Connection
To optimize quick shift by disconnecting the hydraulic hoses in less than a minute.
Fork Module
The Fork Module is designed to be hooked on to the Quick Shift Module and makes quick shift between Gripper and forks easy.

Turnkey solution

The Easy Gripper 1700 can be delivered as a turnkey solution together an Combi-CS 2000 Counterbalanced Stacker that include +/- 80 mm side shift, slow drive mode and the control build in the tiller as standard features.

Aviation
