With a firm and secure grip on the tyre, an Easy Gripper can handle large AGRO tyres and wheels as needed. A quick and efficient tyre change means that you avoid unnecessary wear on the tyres, and at the same time it makes it possible to optimize the tyre changes taking into account the desired ground pressure in order to save the crops as much as possible.

And as an extra benefit - damages to tyres, rims and equipment is also prevented due to the easy controlled handling of tyres and wheels.

On-site OTR tyre handling can be carried out safer and faster in any field / terrain. Personal accidents and damages to the equipment caused by uncontrolled movements are prevented due to the safe 3-point grip, integrated camera system and precise tilt and rotation functions.

The Easy Gripper can be delivered with an optional flat top gripping pipe that solves the issue with limited tyre clearance between tyre and fender. With the unique 3-point grip the 2 bottom pipes hold the tyre below the fender, and simply by loosening a bolt, you can quickly replace the upper gripping pipe with a flat one, which can get in anywhere.

An Easy Gripper can also be used for the logistics, where tyres and wheels need to be transported from the storage area to the workshop, or loaded onto a trailer. The 90° tilt function – from horizontal to vertical – makes it easy to pick up a tyre lying on the floor, stack tyres or tilt a tyre into a vertical position.

The Easy Gripper has been developed for handling tyres, but can also be adapted for handling wheel weights. Based on our newly developed wheel rim handling tools, we can design gripping tools for the Easy Gripper capable of handling wheel weights. This will enable the service technician to grip, lift, rotate and position the heavy wheel weights for fitting in a safe and reliable manner – all within a few minutes.
