Capability

The Easy Gripper 2800-3.2T has a gripping range of Ø1.150 – 2.800 mm (45 – 110”) and a lifting capacity of 3.2 ton (7.000 lbs) at a CoG of 650 mm (25,6”).

For any type of carrier

Depending on the tilt capability of the carrier vehicle, the Easy Gripper 2800-3.2T is available with either a 90° tilt module for forklifts, a 35° tilt module, or in a compact version without tilt for use on telehandlers, wheel loaders and truck cranes.

A quick-shift solution can be included. This allows for versatile use of the carrier.
Easy shift of gripping pipes for various purposes
Telescopic pipes for long reach, to provide room for the tyre fitter and for dual tyre handling.
Flat top pipe for limited clearance between tyre and mudguard
Ring Handling Tools Tools for safe handling of multi-piece rim wheels
Enables the tyre fitter to handle Locking Rings, O-Rings, Side Rings and Bead Seat Bands in a safe and secure manner.
RIM Handling Tools
The RIM Handling tools are yet a safety and efficiency add-on to the Easy Gripper program and improve the handling of OTR rims.
