When installed on a truck crane, the Easy Gripper Crane Module D gives tyre fitters optimal flexibility. It enables them to transport and mount large OTR or AGRO tyres and wheels, even single-handedly.

Capability

The Easy Gripper Crane Module D’s integrated +/-80° horizontal/vertical tilt, along with the +/-10° horizontal slewing function, simplifies the alignment of the Easy Gripper with the tyre and hub.

The Easy Gripper hydraulic functions can easily be incorporated into the crane’s control system.

The Easy Gripper Crane Module D allows for easy mounting and dismounting, making it possible to quickly convert the truck crane to its standard form for other purposes than tyre handling.

Simplifies alignment

The integrated +/-80° horizontal/vertical tilt, along with the +/-10° horizontal slewing function in the Crane Module D, simplifies the alignment of the Easy Gripper with the tyre and hub.

Easy integration of control

The control system of the Easy Gripper Crane Module D is designed for easy integration with the existing crane’s remote control.

Solves limited clearance

Limited clearance around tyres and fenders is easily addressed by replacing the top gripping pipe with a flat top arm, achieved by loosening a single bolt, while the two bottom pipes support the tyre beneath the fender.

Quick conversion of crane

Installed with a crane-specific insert, the Easy Gripper Crane Module D allows for easy mount/dismount, making it possible to quickly convert the truck crane to its standard form for other purposes than tyre handling.
