An Easy Stacker takes over most manual processes when lifting and moving stacks of tyres and wheels wheels - which significantly reduces the risk of injury to the operator.
The Easy Stackers are designed to stack and to handle stacks of tyres with a firm grip and with movements optimized to operate in tight space in warehouses, production areas, and arround trucks, and containers.
With its unique and firm grip on the tyres, an Easy Stacker provides safe handling of the heavy tyres and wheels when these are to be picked up or placed in the warehouse. The secure grip on the tyres eliminates e.g. the risk of losing the tyres from the height.

Optimization of storage capacity
Due to the unique design an Easy Stacker can place stacks of tyres very close together without the use of pallets or other systems that can "waste" space, resulting in optimal utilization of storage capacity. If the racking in the warehouse allows tyres to be placed very close to each other, you can get a very effective use of your warehouse by using one of our Easy Stackers.
Unloading and loading of trailers can be performed from one side of a trailer, due to the range of both Easy Stacker 1200 and Easy Stacker 1600. Loading/unloading can be done by just one man and in less than one hour even including transport to or from the stock.
A wide product range of Easy Stackers are available, depending on the weight and size of the tyres to be handled. The Easy Stacker requires a stacker or a forklift as carrier.
