AF Anlegg are right now building 18.6 kilometres of a new four-lane highway between Kristiansand and Mandal as part of the New Veier's E39 portfolio. With a framework of NOK 4.7 billion, the contract for the E39 Kristiansand West - Mandal east project was Norway's largest comprehensive contract for road construction at the signing point.
