The Easy Stacker 800 is developed for safe and efficient handling of stacks of car tyres and wheels with a focus on effective use of space to optimize the storage capacity.
Capability
With a gripping range of Ø400 – 800 mm (16-31”) and a lifting capacity of 160 kg (352 lbs), the Easy Stacker 800 can handle stacks of almost any car tyre with or without rims in sets of 4.
Standard features
- The secure and firm grip on the tyres and wheels eliminates e.g. the risk of losing the tyres from the height
- Designed to work on a small electrical stacker or forklift in order to reduce manual and stressful operations
- Can place stacks of tyres and wheels very close to each other in order to optimize the storage capacity
- Can work as high as the stacker you choose for your configuration

Customized solution
- Can be installed on existing electrical stacker. To be build-in in existing single or double acting hydraulic systems. Requires the hydraulic to be run through mast. Delivered with hydraulic diverting valve, control box and Class 2 mounting blocks.
- Can be installed on existing electrical stacker, but delivered with a build-in PowerPack (self-contained hydraulic system) incl. complete control system and Class 2 mounting blocks. Require an electrical supply for the PowerPack.
- Can be delivered as a “READY TO GO” turnkey solution incl. electrical stacker. Standard lifting height is 3.20 m or 4.35 m. Can be further customized regarding lifting height of stacker.
