The Easy Gripper Workshop with the 15° tilt module is a perfect and flexible solution for safe and efficient tyre handling in tyre workshops and at assembly lines with limited space. It can be delivered for installation on your local electrical stacker or as a “READY TO GO” turnkey solution mounted on a rebuild Linde L16.

Capability

The Easy Gripper Workshop has a gripping range of Ø700 – 2.160 mm (28 – 85”) and a lifting capacity of 1.000 kg (2.200 lbs) at a CoG of 500 mm (20”).

Safer working environment

The Easy Gripper Workshop takes over most manual processes of lifting, moving and mounting large tyres – reducing strain and risks for the operator significantly. The unique 3-point grip ensures that the Easy Gripper Workshop is in full control of the tyre during the whole process, until it is firmly mounted on a vehicle.

    Enables the tyre fitter to handle Locking Rings, O-Rings, Side Rings and Bead Seat Bands in a safe and secure manner.
  • RIM Handling Tools
    The RIM Handling tools are yet a safety and efficiency add-on to the Easy Gripper program and improve the handling of OTR rims.
