'Volvo Car Rosersberg has been using the Easy Stacker 800 mounted on a Toyota walkie stacker since June 2020 for smooth delivery to their tyre hotels in Arlanda city, Hammarby Sjöstad and Vallentuna.
Staffan Sobeus who is responsible for the tyre department says:
“We get about 10 pallets a day packed with wheels. The wheels are after arrival re-organized 2 by 2 on special pallets by use of the Easy Stacker 800 and then distributed to our facilities in for example Hammarby Sjöstad.”
“In September 2021 we decided to rebuild/customize the Easy Stacker 800, where the tyre clamp where moved out 80 cm.
Before the rebuild/customization we had to place the first 2 wheels on the pallet from one side, then go around the pallet to the other side and place the last 2 wheels.”
“We can now load the wheels 2 by 2 directly onto the pallets in half the time - that's great!”
